CORTIJO EL INDIVISO.

Cortijo El Indiviso was originally one of the larger fincas of the area which was slowly changed to a 9 bedroom “Casa Rural” that welcomed guests from all around the world.  In 2011 the land was redesigned to additionally include a dedicated equestrian training and riding centre with a horse walker, 28 stables, 2 arenas, 3 pens, 15 paddocks together with storage and tack rooms.... and of course all of the benefits of having the Cortijo on site for drinks and dinners and perhaps a quick swim in the pool.

Cortijo El Indiviso is a beautifully positioned with outstanding views over uninterrupted countryside while only being 15 minutes’ drive from spectacular natural beaches of El Palmar and Zahora and each evening you can watch the sunset over the amazing hill-top town of Vejer de la Frontera.  

Built in 1895 and recently renovated the property features so many traditional features and a total mix of old and new such as 700 year old Olive tress to free Wi-Fi..... really the best of both worlds.

Set around a central Andalusian patio, all rooms offer courtyard or garden views. All rooms are Air Conditioned, have a private bathrooms with period features true to the Cortijo history.  The courtyard is such an amazing place to have your breakfast, read a book, watch the birds.... a place to chill

We have the main hall with a fireplace, a dining room with a log burner, music system, games and of course lots of outdoor space, BBQ areas, a swimming pool and even a baby Bull-Ring.  The property has many paths and idea for walking or pony trekking, which offers fantastic views. There is also a much loved children's playground with tables, benches swings and slides.
